data exclusively in compliance with the applicable statutory provisions [the General Data Protection
Regulation/GDPR (DSGVO - Datenschutz-Grundverordnung) and the German Federal Data Protection
Act (BDSG - Bundesdatenschutzgesetz)]. With this Data Protection Declaration, we are informing you
regarding the way data are processed as you visit our website.

Contact Establishment

The use of our website is always possible without the entry of personal data. However, if you use the
email link to contact us, the data which you provide for us will be stored by us for six months for the
purpose of processing the request and for potential follow-up questions. We will not pass these data
to third parties without your consent. We will process the data in compliance with Article 6 paragraph
1 (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation whereby the provision of an answer to your enquiry
and the processing of your request as well as potential follow-up questions justifies our interest.

Data Storage eServices

Our website offers an eService for reporting (and submitting complaints regarding) transport
irregularities or billing-related issues. In order for you to be able to use this tool, your data (first name,
last name, email address and company name) are permanently stored. Your data will not be
transferred to third parties. The data will be processed based on the consent pursuant to Article 6
paragraph 1 (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation which you provide for us as you register for
the eService for the purpose of processing the requests you submit via the eService . You are free to
withdraw this consent for the use of the tool with future effect at any time. Your data will then be
deleted immediately.

Cookies

Our company dispenses with the use of the so-called cookies on its website.

Use of IP Addresses

We will not record your IP Address.

Newsletter

You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter. For this, we need your email address and the
declaration that you agree to receiving the newsletter and the processing of your personal data for
this purpose. The data will subsequently be processed based on your consent pursuant to Article 6
paragraph 1 (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
You may cancel the subscription to the newsletter and withdraw the consent to the processing of your

consent and the lodging of an objection to a data processing which is based on Article 6 paragraph 1
(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation as long as there are reasons that are the result of your
specific situation and in the event that we are unable to provide evidence of compelling and legitimate
grounds for the data processing which take precedence over your rights and interests, or if the
processing serves purposes relevant to the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims. If you believe
that the processing of your data violates data protection legislation or that your data protection rights
have been infringed upon in some way, you may file a complaint with the responsible supervisory
authority.
The provision of your personal data is neither legally nor contractually mandated and is only required
once you have concluded a contract with us. In such case, we must process and save the personal data
necessary for the contractual performance. Otherwise we will not be able to fulfil the contract.
Automated decision-making including profiling pursuant to Article 22 paragraphs 1 and 4 GDPR will
not take place.
